📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate the entire living kidney donor transplant process, from initial consultation to post-transplant care.
• Manage donor registrations, including screening, evaluation, and preparation.
• Schedule and manage appointments for donors, recipients, and medical staff.
• Provide comprehensive information to donors and recipients, ensuring they understand the process and their roles.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, nurses, and social workers, to facilitate the donation process.
• Handle sensitive and emotional situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all donor and recipient information.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in organ transplantation and best practices in donor care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in organ transplantation or donor care.
• Certification in organ transplantation or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathy and professionalism in handling sensitive and emotional situations.
