📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Utilize ServiceNow and SAP for IT asset tracking, maintenance scheduling, and compliance reporting.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT assets to ensure they meet performance and security standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements in IT asset management processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the proper use and care of IT assets.
• Monitor and analyze IT asset performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management, with a strong background in asset tracking and maintenance.
• Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or other relevant IT asset management frameworks are a plus.
• Proficient in using ServiceNow and SAP for IT asset management.
