📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on construction machinery.
• Inspect and diagnose equipment issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers and technicians to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to site personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring machinery is available and functional as required.
• Conduct regular equipment audits and report findings to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certification in construction machinery maintenance (e.g., CMEA, NCCER) is a plus.
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and experience operating heavy machinery.
