As a Junior Membership Executive, you’ll spend your days engaging with potential members, understanding their fitness goals, and tailoring membership packages to meet their needs. You’ll leverage your sales acumen to convert leads into loyal members, while also providing exceptional customer service to ensure our members feel valued and supported.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prospect and convert new members by identifying potential leads and presenting membership packages tailored to their fitness goals.
• Manage the membership lifecycle, from onboarding new members to retaining existing ones through personalized follow-ups and engagement strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to address member inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience at Evolve.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, leveraging your sales acumen and industry knowledge.
• Utilize CRM software to track member interactions, sales progress, and performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and Evolve’s unique selling propositions to continuously improve sales strategies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs to support the growth of the sales team.
• Participate in team meetings, sales calls, and promotional events to drive membership growth and brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the fitness or martial arts industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Certification in sales techniques, such as SPIN Selling or The Challenger Sale, is a plus.
• Passion for martial arts and fitness, with a keen understanding of the industry’s unique selling propositions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
