📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastry products according to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
- Ensure that baked goods meet quality standards and are presented in an appealing manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in baking.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and product innovations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker, preferably in a commercial bakery setting.
- Strong knowledge of bread and pastry baking techniques and processes.
- Familiarity with using bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg and stand for long periods of time.
