As a Bellman Driver, you will be the first impression for our guests, ensuring their journey from the airport to their hotel is seamless and luxurious. You will drive premium vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and luxury cars, to transport guests to and from the Ngurah Rai International Airport (NGR) and other key locations in Bali. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service that our clients expect.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Drive luxury vehicles to transport guests to and from the Ngurah Rai International Airport (NGR) and other key locations in Bali.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued throughout their journey.
• Assist guests with luggage and navigate them to their accommodations efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and well-presented vehicle at all times.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition before and after each trip.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate guest arrivals and departures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and professional conduct.
• Report any issues or concerns related to vehicle maintenance or guest service to the supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bellman driver or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Valid driver's license for luxury vehicles, with a clean driving record.
• Excellent knowledge of Bali, including key locations, traffic patterns, and local customs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with airport procedures and luggage handling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and dress code compliance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
