📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with students to understand their academic, career, and personal goals.
• Provide detailed information about overseas study destinations, universities, and programs.
• Assist students in preparing and submitting applications to universities abroad.
• Offer guidance on visa requirements, scholarship opportunities, and financial planning.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services and attract new students.
• Maintain accurate records of student consultations and application progress.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in international education.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international education consulting or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully guiding students through the overseas education process.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of international education systems and university application processes.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
