Experienced Teacher III - Education & Training

As a Teacher III, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students in a variety of subjects. You will create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their academic goals. Our school uses a comprehensive curriculum that includes both national and international standards, ensuring that students receive a well-rounded education.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and meet the needs of diverse student populations.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Utilize educational technology tools such as Google Classroom, Kahoot!, and Quizlet to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in education.
• Attend to the administrative duties related to teaching, such as grading, record-keeping, and attendance tracking.
• Promote a safe and respectful classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in education to continuously improve teaching practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
• Certification in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) or a similar relevant certification.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian national curriculum and international standards such as the International Baccalaureate (IB) or Cambridge International Examinations (CIE).
• Experience teaching students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using educational technology tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.
