In this role, you'll spend your days on-site, working with a variety of solar PV systems, from residential installations to large-scale commercial projects. You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of solar panels, inverters, and other equipment, ensuring that each system meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install and maintain high-quality solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, and mounting structures
• Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed installation plans
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with solar PV systems
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the installation process
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the solar PV industry
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of installed solar PV systems
• Train and mentor junior solar electricians and technicians

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Solar Electrician (PV Installation Specialist) certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar PV installation and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, and mounting structures
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as PVWatts, PVsyst, and AutoCAD
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
