📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain technical documents, including manuals, guides, and tutorials.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.
  • Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.
  • Create and maintain documentation for software and hardware products.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing and sales materials.
  • Update and revise existing documents as needed.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and feedback.
  • Ensure all documents comply with company standards and industry best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
