PT Lestari Indah is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for communicating complex information in a user-friendly manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness,Create user manuals, quick start guides, API references, and other technical content,Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technical writing tools,Familiarity with technical documentation standards and style guides,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
