📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing HR activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Supporting the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
  • Coordinating with other departments to address HR-related issues and concerns.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of HR records and reports.
  • Providing guidance and advice to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Representing the company in HR-related meetings and events.
  • Ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a mining or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian language is required; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to remote locations.
