📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement inclusive music curricula tailored to the needs of children with special needs,Teach music lessons to children with special needs, focusing on individual abilities and interests,Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment,Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement,Organize and participate in music performances, workshops, and events to showcase students' talents,Stay updated with best practices in special needs education and inclusive music teaching,Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements,Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and individuality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Special Education, or a related field,Experience teaching children with special needs, preferably in a music or educational setting,Knowledge of inclusive music teaching methods and strategies,Understanding of developmental milestones and individual learning needs,Ability to create and adapt lesson plans to meet diverse learning styles,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience
