📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to attract top talent.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide feedback and guidance to junior recruiters to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company policies.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid SIM (Indonesian ID card) and work permit (if applicable).
