📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a strong sales performance by achieving monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Promote and sell products effectively to drive sales growth.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in inventory management and stock control activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
