📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and visitors with a smile and provide excellent customer service.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check in guests and provide them with necessary information about the company.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments.,Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.,Ensure the safety and security of the office and its occupants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic computer applications and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor.
