📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with high quality and accuracy.,Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Assist in training and mentoring new baristas.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Familiarity with coffee equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
