📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized patient environment.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in the electronic health records.
• Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Assist in the coordination of patient transfers and admissions/discharges as needed.
• Promote a positive and respectful work environment for both patients and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Active nursing license in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
• Experience in a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
