📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal levels of supplies and equipment.,Develop and maintain operational manuals and standard operating procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
