📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and company standards.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Conduct employee performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help employees grow and develop.,Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation, ensuring competitive and fair packages.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to improve HR functions.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in managing the entire HR lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
