📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet service times.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and follow all health and safety protocols.,Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Good physical condition and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
