📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the team to organize promotions and special events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Willingness to travel and work in different store locations.
