📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth customer service.,Oversee inventory management, including stock taking and ordering.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to boost sales.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
