📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws
• Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS software
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees
• Handle employee benefits and compensation, including payroll and leave management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a marketing or corporate environment
• Familiarity with HRIS software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
