📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Maintain employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data for HR metrics and KPIs.,Support the HR team in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and databases.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
