In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.,Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and conflicts.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the creation and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
