📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.,Develop and present financial plans and insurance solutions tailored to clients' needs.,Maintain and build client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.,Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to provide the best advice.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client portfolios and provide regular reviews and updates.,Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial advising or insurance sales.,Strong knowledge of insurance products and financial services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.,Familiarity with the insurance industry in Indonesia is a plus.
