📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and assessments.,Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the administration of payroll and benefits.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Support the HR Director in strategic planning and performance management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
