Crystal Glow Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Deputy Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and event staff.,Prepare and set up banquet facilities, ensuring they are clean, organized, and ready for guests.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during banquet events.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all event details are executed according to plan.,Maintain a clean and tidy banquet area, including tables, chairs, and other equipment.,Assist in the cleanup and disposal of banquet supplies after events.,Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to banquet services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with banquet and event planning software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
