🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
