PT Property Nusa is seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our property management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property management principles and a proven track record of success in a similar role. This is a full-time position located in Kuta, Bali, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of property management services,Ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet quality standards,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs,Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues promptly,Prepare and submit monthly reports on property performance,Maintain accurate records of all property transactions,Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies,Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management,Strong understanding of property management principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to property management,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed
