📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all branch activities and transactions.,Collaborate with other branches and departments to ensure smooth operations and consistent service.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement improvements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
