Resto Indra Electronics is looking for an experienced Assistant Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of operational procedures and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
