📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage port operations to ensure efficient and safe handling of cargo.,Develop and implement strategies to improve port efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various stakeholders including shipping lines, customs, and other government agencies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Manage and develop the team to achieve operational goals.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in budget planning and financial management activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the maritime or logistics industry.,Proven experience in managing port operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards.,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
