Sun Hub Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Barista/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, handling customer transactions, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience. If you have a passion for coffee and a friendly personality, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages to customers.,Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including cleaning equipment and supplies.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee and food items.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling any complaints professionally.,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.,Assist in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the café.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a barista, cashier, or in a similar role is a plus.,Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,English language skills are a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
