We are currently seeking a dynamic Agent Coordinator to join our team in Tangerang, Banten. This role is crucial in managing and coordinating our network of real estate agents, ensuring seamless operations and maximizing sales potential.

As an Agent Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our real estate operations. Your daily tasks will include managing agent performance, coordinating property listings, and ensuring that our agents are equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed. You will work closely with our sales team, marketing department, and property management to drive our business forward.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate a network of real estate agents, ensuring they meet performance targets and deadlines.
• Coordinate property listings, including data entry, photography, and marketing materials.
• Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to keep agents updated on market trends and company policies.
• Monitor agent performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Work with the marketing department to promote listings and drive traffic to open houses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and agents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using real estate software such as REIS, MLS, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations in Tangerang, Banten.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as social media platforms and email marketing.
