As an Assistant Department Head I (Civil Engineer), you will be responsible for coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects. You will also be involved in the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure projects, such as roads, bridges, and public buildings. This role is perfect for a civil engineer with at least 5 years of experience in project management, who is passionate about community development and has a strong understanding of local regulations and best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff.
• Prepare and present reports to the Department Head and other stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and on schedule.
• Strong understanding of local regulations, standards, and best practices in civil engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia.
